School transmutation (polymorph); Level sorcerer/wizard 5
This spell functions as elemental body I, except that it also allows you to assume the form of a Medium air, earth, fire, or water elemental. The abilities you gain depend upon the elemental.
Note: When you cast a polymorph spell that changes you into a creature of the animal, dragon, elemental, magical beast, plant, or vermin type, all of your gear melds into your body. Items that provide constant bonuses and do not need to be activated continue to function while melded in this way (with the exception of armor and shield bonuses, which cease to function). When you transform your armor, weapons and ever thing else gets absorbed into your body and become inaccessible. You gain the Elemental's slam attacks but you cannot use your weapons, because they are no longer available.
Air elemental: As elemental body I except that you gain a +4 size bonus to your Dexterity and a +3 natural armor bonus. Gain the special ability Whirlwind.
Earth elemental: As elemental body I except that you gain a +4 size bonus to your Strength and a +5 natural armor bonus. Gain the special ability Earth Glide.
