Genies and other elemental creatures are able to breed with mortals, giving rise to the races collectively known as geniekin (sometimes, but more rarely, spelt as genie kin or genie-kin). Ifrits are the result of unions with fire creatures such as efreet, oreads with earth creatures such as shaitan, sylphs with air creatures such as djinn, undines with water creatures such as marids, and suli with jann.

Universal Race Traits

Genie Heir: You once met one of your genie ancestors, who taught you the ways of her race and their allies. You gain a +2 trait bonus on Charisma checks and Charisma-based skill checks to influence outsiders from
the home plane of your genie ancestor.

Minor Wishcraft: You gained some power of wishcraft from a genie ancestor. You can spend a use of a racial spell-like ability or your elemental assault racial trait for the day to instead use any 0-level spell as a spelllike
ability. The spell must be used to produce an effect requested aloud by a humanoid within 30 feet since the end of your last turn.

Raised By: Geniekin may treat Raised by (Human races only) as a race trait or social trait.

Geniekin Heritages

There are three Geniekin 'heritages' depending upon the type of Geniekin spawning the half-breed determines the racials.
