Economy
Tetsuharu's trade mostly focuses on selling jade they mine from their mountains, fine silk and and other exotic goods that are found only in the country of Kyan. Recently, they have also been selling large amounts of tea with different types of flavors focusing the flavors based on the demo-graphical tastes for individuals.
Government
The government is a hereditary monarchy which may vary from dynasty to dynasty. The current ruler of Kyan is emperor Saimei and the Imperial Court.
Geography
Tetsuharu is a coastal city located in the south west area of Kyan only a few hundred miles from Amihama. Its location has allowed it to prosper due to being a port city. Luscious forests can be seen outside of the city itself and farmlands only a few miles outside of the city gates surround the capital city.
History
Tetsuharu did not exist up until the unification of Kyan about 3,000 years ago when a location for the nations capital was to be created. They did not want to make any existing city the capital city due to still fresh political tensions after the unification, so, instead, they chose the current location for the city and began to build it over the years turning it into the metropolis it is today.
Inhabitants
Tetsuharu is mostly composed of Rokugani though other races can be seen as traveling merchants within the city or emissaries from other countries of the world.
Religion
Tetsuharu mostly focuses on worshiping The Ancients however they also have a few Non religious philosophies
